We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return. If the item is damaged or defective, include clear photos.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
