Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Some items are made to order, meaning they are produced specifically for you after purchase. These items may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated timelines are noted on the product page when applicable.

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Renshuu Republic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
Made-to-Order Items
Certain products are made to order and may require additional production time before shipment.
By placing an order for a made-to-order item, you acknowledge and accept the extended processing time associated with production.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, Renshuu Republic is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen items.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist where possible, but resolution is ultimately handled by the carrier.
Damaged Items
